Constipation can be a sign that you have started with too much too soon, but this is easily adjusted by reducing your serving and drinking plenty of water.

At our lab in Switzerland, we perform rigorous testing of hundreds of types of fibre, including their fermentability in the gut, heat sensitivity, texture, taste, and ability to produce short-chain-fatty-acids in different people. We use this research to develop and refine our products, and to ensure our existing combinations continue to be as effective as possible. We are also conducting multiple clinical trials in the UK, both ourselves and in partnership with the NHS. We look forward to publishing the results of these in 2023.
