Our 30 day money back guarantee gives you the opportunity to try our product for 30 days in order to assess its efficacy. If you decide you would not like to continue taking your fibre blend, we will refund the first pack purchased from your first order of an eligible product (even if opened and consumed), provided you contact us within 30 days of purchase. The 30 day money back guarantee applies only to eligible orders placed directly through the myota website. Orders placed through any other sales channels are not covered by this guarantee and should be handled through the original place of purchase.
United Kingdom
Our 30 day money back guarantee applies to the first pack purchased from your first order of any eligible fibre blend or bar product - including the first pack from a subscription or bundle - even if opened and consumed.
If you purchased additional packs as part of a bundle or quarterly subscription, these may also be refunded if approved by our customer service team and returned unopened and intact via a tracked service at your own expense. Contact us here.
International Orders
Our 30 day money back guarantee applies to the first pack purchased from your first order of any eligible fibre blend or bar product - including the first pack from a subscription or bundle - even if opened and consumed. Contact us here.
If you purchase a bundle or quarterly subscription, the remaining packs are not refundable. We are currently unable to accept international returns.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month, and quarterly subscriptions renew automatically every three months. Reminder emails are sent before renewal. Subscriptions can be managed through your customer portal, or by contacting us at info@myotahealth.com.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please ensure you cancel before your next billing date.
Subscription renewals, second orders, and subsequent repeat purchases are not eligible under the 30 day money back guarantee.
