Cookie
policy
The cookies this site uses, what each one is for, and how to change your mind. Last updated 1 July 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They keep your basket working, remember your preferences, and tell us — anonymously — which pages are useful.
2. The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — your basket, checkout, subscription session and security. These can't be switched off.
- Functional — remembering your quiz result, your chosen blend and any preferences you set.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregated data about how people move through the site, so we can improve it.
- Marketing — used to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. Only set if you accept them.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use rather than by us: Shopify (store and checkout), Loop (subscription management), our analytics provider, and advertising platforms where you've accepted marketing cookies. Each has its own privacy notice.
4. Managing your choices
You choose your cookie preferences in the banner the first time you visit, and can change them at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working.
5. More information
For how we handle personal data generally, see our privacy policy. If you have a question about a specific cookie, email info@myotahealth.com and we'll explain what it does.
