How to use
Start with half a scoop a day (5g) for 7 days, then gradually build up to a full scoop (10g) per day.
This gives your microbiome time to adjust to the increase in fibre. You might notice some changes to your digestion when you first get started. This should settle after a few days, but if not, just lower your dose until your gut is ready to build up again.
We recommend taking your myota at the same time each day to help your body get into a rhythm and make sure you stay hydrated.
As it's a flavourless powder, you can have it dissolved in water or in any of your favourite foods or hot or cold drinks. Whatever works best with your routine.
