How to use

If this is your first time trying myota, start with 5g a day (half a scoop) and gradually build up to 10g a day (one scoop). Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your fibre flowing.

Add it to smoothies. Stir it into yoghurt. Sprinkle on your morning muesli. Our fibre comes as a flavourless powder so you can easily dissolve it into food and hot or cold drinks.
