Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp oats (gluten free if required)
14g (one scoop) Metabolic Booster Chocolate-flavoured fibre blend
200ml milk of your choice
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp protein powder, optional
1 tsp maple syrup
Method
- Combine all ingredients and vigorously stir for 1-2 minutes (or blend for 10 seconds for a smoother texture).
- Transfer the mixture to a container or glass jar and store in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with raspberries, blueberries, or other fruit of choice, add a sprinkle of pecan & coconut granola (see recipe) before serving.
