These herbed seeded crackers are crunchy, nourishing, and endlessly customisable. The perfect fibre-packed base for your favourite dips and toppings.
Ingredients
- 80g ground flaxseed
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 100g assorted mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, whole flaxseeds)
- 170ml water
- 5 scoops myota fibre
- A pinch of salt

Method
- In a bowl, combine all the seeds and mix in the water.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the mixture carefully between two sheets of parchment paper, then transfer it to a baking tray. Gently remove the top layer of parchment.
- Bake at 100°C for about an hour.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely in the oven before breaking it into pieces to create crisp crackers.
Notes
To add additional flavours, you could try
- Herbs: Rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, or Italian seasoning blend
- Spices: Smoked paprika, ground cumin, coriander, or garlic powder
- Heat: Crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, or cayenne for a little kick
