Ingredients

  • 80g ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100g assorted mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, whole flaxseeds)
  • 170ml water
  • 5 scoops myota fibre
  • A pinch of salt

See Notes for additional seasoning ideas.

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine all the seeds and mix in the water.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the mixture carefully between two sheets of parchment paper, then transfer it to a baking tray. Gently remove the top layer of parchment.
  4. Bake at 100°C for about an hour.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool completely in the oven before breaking it into pieces to create crisp crackers.

Notes

To add additional flavours, you could try

  • Herbs: Rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, or Italian seasoning blend
  • Spices: Smoked paprika, ground cumin, coriander, or garlic powder
  • Heat: Crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, or cayenne for a little kick
