The Gentle Daily Fibre Blend
Most fibre supplements make sensitive guts worse. myota is Certified Low FODMAP and built from slow-fermenting fibres, so you can feed your gut bacteria without the flare-ups that made you stop last time. Start on half a scoop or less and build up over a week or two.
-
Keeps you regular
Fibre is your gut's personal housekeeping service - the broom that sweeps through your digestive system.
It helps everything flow in the right direction, right on time - without stimulants or laxatives. -
Rebuilds your microbiome
Years of antibiotics, restrictive eating and low-fibre diets narrow your gut microbiome. Fewer species, less diversity, less of the good work they do.
Cutting foods out to manage symptoms makes it worse. It settles things down, but it starves the bacteria you're trying to keep.
Our gentle blend is five fibres, five kinds of food. Different species eat different fibres, so a blend restores range rather than just feeding whichever bugs happen to be left.
It's not fast. Most of the change lands around three months. -
Gentle on sensitive guts
Fibres ferment at different speeds.
Fast ones like inulin and chicory root feed gut bacteria brilliantly. They're in most fibre supplements, including our own Complete Daily blend. They're also high in FODMAPs, and they ferment quickly, high up in your gut.
Fine for most people. Not if your gut is reactive.
This blend uses slow-fermenting fibres. They travel further down before your bacteria reach them, and they work gradually instead of all at once.
Monash University tested it independently. That's what Certified Low FODMAP means - a lab result, not something we've claimed about ourselves.
Some people start here and move to the Complete Daily blend once their gut has adjusted. -
Supports immune system's natural defences
Around 70% of the body's immune cells are associated with the gut. One more reason why looking after your gut matters.
- Added zinc supports memory, learning and focus

“I don't think about my gut anymore. Before myota, it was all-consuming.” - John, Verified Trustpilot Review ★★★★★
"We believe in our formula so much that we guarantee a full refund within 30 days if it isn't right for you"
How to Use
- Important note. Start with half a scoop a day (5g) for the first 7 days - then gradually build up to a full scoop (10g) per day. This gives your microbiome time to adjust.
You might notice some changes to your digestion when you first get started. This should settle after a few days, but if not, just lower your dose until your gut is ready to build up again. - Add myota to whatever you're already eating or drinking.
- As it's flavourless it will have a minimal effect on taste and texture.
- Take your myota at the same time each day, and stay hydrated.
- Fibre isn't a course you finish. The benefit comes from keeping it up over the long term.
What is low FODMAP?
FODMAPs are a group of fermentable carbohydrates (Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols) that can trigger bloating, wind, cramps and irregularity in sensitive tummies and people with IBS.
This blend is "Low FODMAP certified" which means it's been independently tested by the Monash University FODMAP laboratory and is found to be suitable for low FODMAP diets.
It feeds your gut bacteria gently - the benefits of prebiotic fibre without the common triggers.

Why most fibre supplements make it worse.
Most fibre supplements are built on inulin or chicory root. Both are effective at feeding gut bacteria, but both are high in FODMAPs - short-chain carbohydrates that ferment fast.
Fast fermentation means gas. Gas means bloating, cramping and pressure. For most people that's a few uncomfortable days. If you have IBS or a sensitive gut, it's the reason you cut out fibre in the first place.
This blend uses slow-fermenting fibres instead. They travel further down before your bacteria get to them, and they ferment gradually rather than all at once. Same job. Less gas.
That's what Monash certification tests for - not a claim we make, a lab result.
One scoop. Three things happen.
Most fibre supplements are a single fibre doing a single job.
This is a patented blend of five slow-fermenting fibres, chosen specifically for how they work together.
They reach your colon intact
These fibres pass through your stomach and small intestine undigested, arriving where your gut bacteria actually live.
Along the way they draw in water and add bulk, which helps keep things moving.
They feed the whole ecosystem
Different bacterial species eat different fibres.
Five fibres means five kinds of food - so you're fertilising an entire ecosystem rather than feeding one bug.
Your bacteria produce short-chain fatty acids
Butyrate, acetate and propionate.
These don't stay in the gut - they pass into the bloodstream, where they play a role in regulating inflammation, blood sugar control and even mental wellbeing.
How fast does fibre take effect?
Some people notice movement in a few days. Some notice a bit of wind while their bacteria adjust. Both are normal.
Regularity usually settles first. Bloating and discomfort take longer.
In our customer survey, 93% reported more regular bowel movements and 80% felt less bloated by this point.
Microbiome changes are slower than symptom changes. Three months is where most of the benefit lands.
The benefit comes from keeping it up.
Hear from real customers who had tried everything else before myota
Start on half a scoop.
Fibre is powerful, so it works best when you build up to it. Go straight to a full scoop and you may get some bloating or wind for a few days while your gut bacteria adjust.
If you have IBS or your gut is particularly reactive, take two weeks over it. There's no prize for getting to a full scoop faster.
That's it - no loading phase, no cycling, no timing it around meals. Take it whenever suits - water, coffee, porridge, a smoothie. Hot or cold.

Questions, answered
I've tried other fibres and they made things worse. Will this?
Possibly, if you go too fast - but the ingredients are the bigger issue. Most fibre supplements are built on inulin or chicory root, which are high-FODMAP and ferment quickly. This blend is Monash certified low FODMAP and uses slow-fermenting fibres. Start on half a scoop, build up over one to two weeks, and if it still isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund you.
What does low FODMAP certified actually mean?
FODMAPs are short-chain carbohydrates that ferment fast and trigger IBS symptoms in a lot of people. Monash University developed the low FODMAP diet and independently tests products against it. This blend has been through that testing. It's a lab result, not a claim we've made about ourselves.
Is it suitable for my condition?
We can't advise on specific diagnoses - that's a conversation for your GP, gastroenterologist or dietitian. What we can tell you is what's in it, that it's Monash certified low FODMAP, and that it contains no stimulant laxatives. Take that information to whoever knows your case.
How quickly will I notice the effects?
We'd suggest three months before judging it.
Some people feel the benefits within a few days; others take a little longer - we all have unique bodies and different gut bacteria.
The most important thing is staying consistent with your daily scoop. Even before you feel it, your gut bacteria are already loving the extra fuel.
How is this different from a probiotic?
Probiotics are live microorganisms; most don't survive the journey to the intestine (under 5% make it).
Prebiotics like myota are the food for the good bacteria you already have - the right blend of fibres helps them flourish and produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) that support long-term health.
Can I take myota if I'm on medication?
Absolutely. Our blends are made from real food, so you won't need to change a thing. If you have a medical condition, it's always sensible to check with your clinician.
What is myota free from?
All of our fibre blends are 100% natural, non-GMO, preservative-free, gluten-free and contain no colouring. The Gentle Blend is also lactose-free, vegan and Monash University Low FODMAP Certified™ (The Complete Blend contains traces of lactose).
