Ingredients

1 cup mango, frozen or fresh

½ banana, frozen

180ml unsweetened milk of choice

75g spinach or kale, fresh or frozen

½ cup cucumber, chopped

¼ small avocado

125g greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed

10g (one scoop) myota

Ice cubes, optional (for consistency)

 

Method

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust the thickness by adding more milk or ice as needed.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or pour into a temperature-controlled thermos for a gut-friendly breakfast on-the-go.
